Robocall mitigation

We maintain controls appropriate to our traffic, including customer and use-case approval, monitoring for abusive patterns, complaint handling, and cooperation with traceback requests. Our practices are documented for regulatory filings and updated as our platform and partners evolve.

We are preparing STIR/SHAKEN authentication for applicable calls in accordance with FCC requirements and industry standards. Implementation status on this page will be updated only when we can truthfully certify the corresponding stage (enrollment, certificate deployment, and signing of applicable traffic).
